Spring Sound Bath, Yin & Yoga Nidra
Sound bath meditation is an ancient and revered technique designed for deep relaxation and mindful meditation. I’ll play my crystal sound bowls to create a tapestry of soothing sounds that gently envelop you in a calming auditory experience. This practice fosters a serene environment that encourages mindfulness and a profound sense of inner peace and relaxation.
During the sound bath I’ll guide you through a series of Yin postures designed to stimulate energetic meridians in the body and the flow of Qi (life force energy) that moves through these meridians.
I’ll then bring you into savasana supported by cozy props and guide you through a Yoga Nidra (conscious sleep) practice to encourage a release of repetitive mind patterns and experience deep rest.
