Based in Seattle, WA, I teach with intention, a sense of humor, and an open heart. I lead weekly studio classes in person and on Zoom; offer private yoga sessions; and facilitate yoga retreats in the Pacific Northwest and at various international locations.

Retreats

A yoga experience designed to bring you into deep connection with nature, community, yourself and your Self. When you step away from your daily habits, responsibilities and stresses, and enter an intentional space of presence, what is possible for you to feel? To think? To glimpse? To embody? What joy and insight are waiting for you? We’ll explore using the practices of yoga as a tool for our homecoming: to meet ourselves, and our lives, with clarity, kindness, and the potency of spirit.

My name is Nancy, and I'm a Seattle based yoga teacher teaching and practicing yoga are lifelong endeavors for me. I practice to experience peace, grace, and inspiration within myself. I teach with the hope that you'll experience your own limitless potential of wellbeing. I hope you'll join me in this exploration of the self so that we can all be more kind and compassionate human beings.
